Drove over 4 hours for a lift, got there they were really nice but when I got home i had noticed after I unpackaged the lift it was the wrong one. I let them know and they didn’t offer to trade it out. Just said it had the same lifting capacity as the one I wanted. This other one seemed really cheap I asked about the price difference and everything no response. I asked for the installation manual they told me they sent it. Never did receive anything. No reply. No nothing. I was going to buy two more lifts from them but I think I’ll take my changes online and ordering one.

I recently purchased a lift and paid to have them install it and only used it a few times and the chain came off the arm. I called and they informed me the warranty only covered parts, NO LABOR. AND THEY OFFER NO SERVICE AND COULD NOT Recommend A SERVICE PERSON FOR THEIR PRODUCTS! So if you have problems the day after they install it, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIABLE FOR FINDING SOMEONE TO TELL YOU WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT AND YOU CAN ONLY GUESS WHAT THAT IS GOING TO COST YOU $$$?? From experience, Probably more that the lift cost you. BEWARE!!

Terrible service.They close before the schedule time. And they never answer the phone.

Loaded in 30 minutes. Not bad considering the guy told me to back in the dock and he left left me hanging so I had to make a phone call to find somebody to love me. But all in all very light load doing all the way back up to Ohio
